The Illinois Fire Safety Alliance holds a one-week Burn Camp for children that are burn survivors. The special programs we make available at camp help the children build self-esteem while learning to deal with the obvious burn scars and the deep psychological trauma they often suffer. It costs approximately $2,000, per child to attend camp. Burn Camp is held the fourth week of June. Burn Camp is provided through donations we receive. There is no cost to the families.
