On July 11, 2009 I am having my 8th Annual
Sno-Cone Benefit in front of my house in, Chicago,
Illinois.
I’ll be selling Sno-Cones for $1. Every
single penny of your donations is sent to the
Illinois Fire Safety Alliance Burn Camp. Their
website is
www.ifsa.org. This camp is for burn survivors
from 8-16 years old and is one week every June.
So many firefighters, friends, neighbors, and
my family come to this event. It’s a lot
of fun and with the help of everyone I would like
to go above what I raised last year which was
approximately $16,000. I am going to visit the
burn camp on June
17th and I am very excited to see the campers
and counselors. Everyone is so nice and I love
being there. I can’t wait to visit.
